Postponement of Extraordinary General Meeting

Dear Members


Please be advised that unfortunately due to a procedural error regarding notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), the Arc Board has decided to postpone the EGM until further notice.

In place of the EGM, an information session will be held tomorrow, Wednesday 7th October 2009 at 5.00pm in the Roundhouse, CoFA Common Room (E Block) and UNSW City Campus (L6, 1 O’Connell St) where you can speak to the Directors of the Arc Board regarding the proposed creation of the Postgraduate Council (PGC).

Free food and drinks will still be provided for anyone who wishes to attend the information session.
