About CONTACT

CONtACT Information and Referral ServiceThere are so many student services at UNSW it is often difficult to find out the correct place to go.

CONTACT fills the need for a reliable and friendly place for students to find the answers to their questions.

It aims to be a quality first point of call for the full range of student enquiries.

CONTACT is there to help all students. Past queries have included those who wanted to know where their next class was, those who needed someone to listen to them, and those who needed help to find their way through complicated University processes.

It is for these reasons that CONTACT started and has been helping UNSW students since 1992. In that time CONTACT volunteers have answered thousands of questions either through a direct answer or a referral to the service who does have the answer.

CONTACT is like the O-Week outside of O-Week. A way for all students to get tips on making the most of student life at UNSW from experienced students
