During the year, there will be elections for 

positions on the , , and Student Development Committee (SDC).

Students make up a majority on the Arc Board, with places also appointed to UNSW Alumni Members and representatives from UNSW.

Elections for the Arc Board of Directors are in May/June . Click here to check the new elected 2009 Board of Directors. All members have the option to vote or run for in the Arc Board elections. So join now and be a part of it !

2009 Student Development Committee & SDC @ COFA Election

Congratulations to the following students who have been appointed/ elected to the Student Development Committee for 2010:

Evelyn Douek – Volunteer Student Representative

Scarlett Ha – Volunteer Student Representative

Alice Lang – Clubs Student Representative

Alex Miltenyi – Clubs Student Representative

Chen Wang – Clubs Student Representative

In addition to the Arc Board, the Arc incorporates the Representative Council (SRC), and the Student Development Committee (SDC).

The Representative Council comprises of elected student Office Bearers, who convene the Arc collectives, and represents the interests of all UNSW students on a range of issues, both on campus and in the wider community.

SDC is made up of elected student members who have oversight of the whole Arc Student Development services that are provided including student development programs, courses and clubs.

Serving on these governing bodies provides students the opportunity to serve the greater UNSW community, have input into how their student organisations is run and to gain invaluable personal experience.

Training and induction is provided upon election to the governing bodies.

The exact dates of the elections, as well as position descriptions and information on how to nominate and vote, will be published in Blitz, Tharunka and here on the Arc website.
