Volunteer for CONTACT

CONtACT Information and Referral Service CONTACT is staffed by trained volunteers who each give an hour of their week to answer enquiries.

The volunteers are trained in campus knowledge, student services, Arc @ UNSW information, customer service, looking after students at risk, finding and utilising resources, and answering a broad range of enquiries with confidence.

Helping your fellow students and contributing to the quality of student life at UNSW is very rewarding in itself.

CONTACT volunteers also run unique events and information campaigns for the student community and enjoy special CONTACT volunteer social events.


Volunteer applications will reopen later this year , for Semester 1, 2010.
