The International Cookbook is a celebration of the university’s greatest asset – the diversity of our students, and the ways in which food can bring peoples of different cultures together. It features recipes that are shared with personal anecdotes describing the special meanings intrinsic to the processes of preparing, serving and enjoying the food.
This year, a variety of original, tasty recipes from cultures across the globe are presented for students on a budget. Each recipe is accompanied by fascinating food facts and helpful tips to make cooking fun, accessible and to bring the flavour back into each dish.
The Cookbook is produced by a team of student volunteers who work closely with Arc staff to select and edit recipes and contribute to publication design.
The Cookbook is FREE for Arc Members and $4.95 for everyone else.
