We exist to represent all students on campus who have a disability. We recognise that university can be a challenge for students but even more so for students with disabilities. Our aim is to make university a more positive experience for you, without disadvantage or discrimination and to maximise the support available to you.
We can support you by:
- Taking an active role to listen to any issues, concerns, or complaints that you may have;
- Liaising, implementing and making sure university policies meet requirements;
- Advocacy and discrimination support;
- Promoting disability friendly events such as BBQs, film nights, awareness days, campaigns and more;
- Support to succeed at university.
The collective meets every 3rd Monday from 3-4pm.
