Applications to join the Arc Street Team for Session 1 2012 are now closed. This (excellent) boat has sailed. We'll be taking applications again for Session 2, so stay tuned people.
Are you a young, sexy-as, go-getter with a thirst for freebies and volunteering? Keen as to make some new friends while getting recognised for your efforts on your supplementary transcript? Passionate about promoting student life?
Well we want you for the Arc Street Team in 2012! The Arc Street Team is made up of a bunch of uni kids who love getting out and about around campus and helping Arc members get through their uni day. Throughout semester Arc Street Team run weekly activities and give out free stuff to Arc Members like sausage sizzles, fairy floss and smoothies. We run a tonne of events and we're super keen to make campus jump and jive with us through the semester. We're "those guys" that you see down uniwalk, and wish you were having as much fun as - now you can. We love campus, we love uni and we love getting more out of student life; ultimately the Street Team is the face of Arc around campus.
During O-Week, the Arc Street Team's main role around campus to get out there and have a chat! We help out with orientation, but we're primarily there just to have fun and make sure everyone's having a dandy old time.
The Arc Street Team is a great way to get involved, be part of a volunteer program and meet cool people, even if you only have one hour a week.
