Are you looking to move into video and digital art? Or maybe you need to freshen up your AV install skills? Learn how to get your video from your computer screen into the gallery with this AV Install Skills Workshop! We will teach you the basics of file types and formats, media players, displays and projectors, sound equipment and cable and power management.
Workshop will be run by Sophie Penkethman-Young is a Sydney based artist and arts administrator. Sophie’s works have been included in exhibitions across Australia, Hong Kong, USA, Europe and the UK. Sophie currently works as Communication and Engagement Coordinator at Firstdraft, and is the current Digital Manager of Runway Australian Experimental Art.
