The College Voice invites artists at The College of Fine Arts, UNSW, to contribute Reviews, Interviews, Essays and Articles about the inspiration, influences and passions driving their work; on the triumphs and disappointments of the creative process; on the discourse around  experimentation in visual arts and how it might function sociologically to promote different forms of collective creation.

The College Voice was established in 2003 by PhD Research student Janis Lander, at the invitation of ARC representitive Penelope Benton, and (then) web master Séamus Byrne. Over 150 contributions from undergraduate and postgraduate students, artists, Fellows and lecturers, engage the reader in an intense insight into creative cognitive processes at the College of Fine Arts during these years.
