Do Good. Phil’ Good.

Phil' puts the FUN in fundraising!

Arc Philanthropy (Phil') is one of Arc's newest programs. Our aim is to unite the entire UNSW community behind one common goal of raising awareness and money for a great cause each year.

Last year (the inaugural year) we raised over $34,000 for our neighbors the Child Life and Music Therapy Department at the Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. This year our aim is to raise $50, 000!

The therapists use play and music to help hospitalised babies, kids and teens manage pain, understand medical procedures and make sure they don’t miss out on having a fun childhood!

Together we can make a BIG difference for little patients!

Meet your 2017 Phil' Student Coordinator

Hey, my name is Carly and I'm very excited to be the Phil' coordinator this year! I absolutely love theatre and am obsessed with traveling. I've been working with not-for-profit organisations for over five years and am so excited to work on Phil' this year and raise $50,000 for an amazing cause - the Child Life and Therapy  department at the Sydney Children's Hospital. Even as an adult, we all know that medical tests and treatment can be uncomfortable and scary - for kids, its even worse! I'm so honoured to have the opportunity to help this wonderful department of the hospital by raising money for more therapists, equipment and toys for the departments to distract the children from the medical world, and let them just be kids!
