This program predates recent changes to consent legislation in NSW.
NSW has recently adopted the affirmative consent approach which requires “ongoing and mutual communication”. This means a person now has to say or do something to find out whether the other person consents to the sexual activity. Failure to do so is a crime.
This information will be included when the program is next updated.
