Mindfulness can have an incredibly positive impact on our minds when done regularly and yet we know it can be a challenge to set a routine that includes putting aside time for our minds. That is why Arc Wellness are kicking off weekly meditation meet up's, to kickstart mindful habits and do it together. Every Wednesday come and join the Wellness crew for an intro to meditation, a cup of tea and chat as we challenge each other to put some time each week into prioiritising our minds.
