Ready to stretch, strengthen, and unwind? Join us for a beginner-friendly group yoga class, perfect for all fitness levels! Our instructors will guide you through mindful movement and offer plenty of options so you can flow at your own pace.

⏰ Time: Tuesdays, 6–7PM (Weeks 1-9 except Flexi Week!) 📍 Location: Sam Cracknell Pavilion 💰 Cost: FREE for She Can participants!

💡 How to Book:

  • Click on the class you want to attend - one class per person! These fill up fast, so if you book two sessions, we’ll cancel one ❌

  • Heads up! Tickets drop 14 days before each session. This helps us manage waitlists and make sure spots go to those who are keen to come. Set a reminder so you don’t miss out!

  • Can’t make it? ❗ Be kind — request a refund so someone else can take your spot 🙌

No experience needed—just wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle! Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.
