Arc hosts a double dose of Stress Less Week (a three day festival where we take a break and de-stress). We understand how important wellness and de-stressing is for uni students, even though life is generally too busy to enjoy it. So, we make it easy by having workshops, puppy cuddling, Zumba, healthy food workshops and yoga to give you skills to implement it in your life!

We hope you were able to take a much deserved break from study to relax and rejuvenate with some of our activities! We know that stressing less isn’t an easy ask, it involves a long-term commitment to making time for ourselves and the things that help us unwind and manage our stress as well as implementing habits that help us recharge our bodies from eating good foods to getting enough sleep…maybe you got some ideas from us at Stress Less Week! In our deadline-driven lives it’s easy for stress to feel normal which makes it difficult to recognize our bodies warning signs and know how much stress is too much stress. Everyone has a different stress tolerance and will experience different symptoms of stress, but a good guide is if your symptoms are significantly interfering in your family, work or social life, have lasted for more than 2 weeks or feel out of your control then it may be worthwhile having a look through the list of support services Arc Wellness has put together to find a service that suits your needs and preferred platform of communication.
