Arc is an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated. It is a safe-space.

A workplace with puppies in the office, yoga at lunch, walking meetings and meditation breaks.

The Arc Wellness Working Group (WWG) is comprised of staff across all departments. The goal of this group is to inspire, create and maintain a workplace environment that supports each person's healthy lifestyle choices. WWG organise and offer opportunities for all staff to get involved in activities that improve their health and happiness. Everyone's encouraged and supported!
