PGC Course Co-Ordinator Award
The PGC Course Co-ordinator Award aims to recognise Course Co-ordinators who have displayed exemplary administrative efforts beyond their minimum requirement and to acknowledge their efforts in taking care of their students. The PGC Coordinator’s Award acknowledges staff members across all schools and faculties of UNSW.
Note: Here, course coordinator can be any UNSW Academic staff member who is not a UNSW enrolled student, and who has co-ordinated and/or taught a postgraduate course in 2021. Course Coordinators of JD programs are also eligible.
The award consists of two categories:
Eligibility:
Current elected members of Postgraduate Council are ineligible to nominate their Course Co-ordinators
If awarded, the awardee must submit a headshot, 150-word biography and shoot a 2-minute video with PGC
Self-nominations are allowed; however, self-nominees must obtain a letter of support, e.g. Program Authority, Head of School, staff colleague.
You are required to submit at least 1 letter of support for each nomination, irrespective of whether it is a self nomination or not.
Nominations have been extended until 11:59 pm on 10th September 2021. Please direct all queries to the PGC Coursework Office (pgccoursework@arc.unsw.edu.au).
All applicants will also have the opportunity to participate in an exclusive Mentorship Program organised by the UNSW Postgraduate Council between September 23-24.
