Waterski & Wakeboard

Shred the surf.

Whether you're a veteran boarder and skiier or an adventurous first-timer, become a part of the UNSW Waterskii and Wakeboard Club and experience the thrill.

What you can expect:

The UNSW waterski and wakeboard club operates all year round from our two boats on the Hawkesbury River. We are a non-competitive club that focuses more on having fun, learning and progressing. We hosts events for both new and advanced skiiers and boarders, opportunities to become a boat driver, borrow equipment and go on weekend trips away filled with boarding and skiing! We provide all the equipment, and hold over 60 events every year, including bi-annual trips, girls days and beginner’s days!

All beginners are welcome (no experience required)! However, you need to be a confident paddler in the water (life jackets are provided).

Training times and locations:

Single day events held on weekends, most weekends, all year (we have wetsuits).

Location: Hawkesbury River (no public transport).
