In addition to offering the above, Bayleaf can also offer fast and convenient catering through its partner company Food Geek. Food Geek is fine food with ATTITUDE… a creative range of sandwiches, salads, gourmet boxes, sweat treats and snacks that look and taste great.

Laissez-faire

Stunning food that leaves a lasting impression is what Laissez-faire is all about. Its Executive Chef drives fresh produce and delicious flavours, which makes it the must have catering company for every occasion. 

Laissez-faire can deliver high-end, large and boutique scale events because of its supplier and support infrastructure. It only sources fresh, local seasonal produce and with this, it creates the best innovative menus for your enjoyment. Laissez-faire prepares off-site through two commercial kitchens and delivers its creations through its mobile service of refrigerated vehicles.
