I am Adya, currently in my 2nd year studying a Bachelors of Law and Psychological Science. I started writing poetry as a little girl and got to be published in a couple of anthologies. My favourite authors are Sally Rooney and Taylor Jenkins Reid. 

Make a museum of dried flowers; 

decaying white 

bleeding into a whiskey brown. 

Plucked Plumeria, 

fallen Frangipani, 

waning from the inside. 

Wishing there was more time. 

to laugh and keep it all alive, 

to whisper, talk, scream before we let go. 

Another petal shed. 

A whiskey brown stain  

A glass display of intimacy; 

An exhibit of archives, 

all around–
