Make a museum of dried flowers;
decaying white
bleeding into a whiskey brown.
Plucked Plumeria,
fallen Frangipani,
waning from the inside.
Wishing there was more time.
to laugh and keep it all alive,
to whisper, talk, scream before we let go.
Another petal shed.
A whiskey brown stain
A glass display of intimacy;
An exhibit of archives,
all around–
