Arc Wellness is all about destigmatising the conversation surrounding mental health at uni, sharing resources to help students care for their mental wellbeing and find support services, and make campus a brighter and healthier place.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of university students do experience mental stress, low mood, loneliness and relationship issues at some point during their degree and it can be really tough to balance alongside the pressure of academic work.
The good news is that, when you're feeling the pressure of juggling uni, work, relationships and health there are heaps of other people who understand what you're going through. Read through our resources on academic physical and mental wellbeing, resources on sexual health and relationships, listen to our student podcast Tea & Talk or speak to a professional now.
