The Arc Clubs & Volunteering (C&V) Rewards Program (the "Program") is operated by Arc @ UNSW Limited ("Arc"). The Program is designed to recognise and reward the voluntary contributions of student leaders. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Variable Rates: Arc reserves the right to determine the number of points allocated to any specific activity, event, or administrative task.
Discretionary Changes: Points earned on activities are subject to change at any time. Arc may increase or decrease the points value of future activities without prior notice to reflect shifting organisational priorities or to manage the Program’s economy.
Audit Rights: Arc reserves the right to audit point claims. Any points found to be earned through fraudulent reporting, "double-dipping" with paid roles, or misrepresentation of hours will be voided.
Calendar Year Lifecycle: Points earned in the calendar year will expire on the final day of Term 3 exams in the same year.
Non-Carryover: Points do not possess a cash value and cannot be carried over into the following academic year. It is the sole responsibility of the Club Executive to redeem their points balance prior to the expiration date.
Grace Period: No extensions or "grace periods" will be granted following the conclusion of the Term 3 exam period. Unredeemed points will be permanently forfeited.
Availability: Redemption of rewards is subject to stock availability. Items may “Sell Out” or be withdrawn where Arc deems necessary.
Limited Stock: Arc does not guarantee the availability of any specific reward. Certain high-value rewards may be subject to "first-come, first-served" mechanics or specific per-person caps.
Substitution: If a redeemed item becomes unavailable after a request is made, Arc reserves the right to provide a substitute reward of equal point value or refund the points to the user’s account.
Dynamic Pricing: Prices (point costs) for rewards are subject to change at any time. Arc reserves the right to adjust the "cost" of items in the Rewards Store to account for supply chain costs, inflation, or Program sustainability.
Finality: Once a redemption is confirmed, the point price is locked for that transaction. No retrospective adjustments will be made if a point price decreases after a member has already redeemed an item.
Active Status: Only current UNSW students who are verified Club Executives or registered Volunteers on the Rubric platform are eligible to earn and redeem points.
Opting Out: All current Executives and Volunteers are automatically enrolled into the program. If you do not wish to participate in the program, please email clubs@arc.unsw.edu.au to opt out of the program.
Account Termination: Arc reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s participation in the Program if they are found to be in breach of the Arc Code of Conduct or the UNSW Student Code of Conduct.
Arc @ UNSW Limited provides the Program on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Arc is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of or changes to the Program, including the expiry of points or the unavailability of rewards.
