How to Redeem Club Rewards
All Club rewards are redeemed through the Rewards Store using your Club's points balance (not your individual points). Any Club Executive can submit a redemption on behalf of their Club - just make sure your team agrees first, points can't be refunded once a redemption is approved!
Here's what happens after you redeem, depending on the reward:
💰 Rewards Grants ($25 / $50 / $75 / $100)
Once approved, the grant is deposited directly into your Club's Arc bank account during the next round of grants (grants are processed monthly).
Rewards Grants do not count towards your Annual Funding Limit - this is bonus money on top of your regular grant entitlements.
📸 Club Event Photography & 🍕 $200 Catering Spend @ Roundhouse
These rewards are tied to an event, so when you redeem you must nominate the event and a tentative date in the redemption form.
For Event Photography, it must be:
- Held in T3 2026
- On-campus
- Between 9AM - 6PM
Catering is subject to Roundhouse availability and booking terms.
🎨 Custom Club Banner
Your banner design must be uploaded at the time of redemption, so have it ready to go before you hit redeem. Your design must:
- Be exactly 1200mm x 600mm
- Be in .png format (the larger the resolution, the better!)
- Feature the current Arc Clubs Logo in a prominent and visible location - download the logo here
Allow up to 2 weeks for production - we'll let you know when your banner is ready to collect from Arc Reception.
💻 Digital Subscriptions (CapCut Pro & Canva Premium)
Once your redemption is approved, you'll be emailed within 72 hours with instructions on how to activate your subscription. Keep an eye on your Club's inbox!
