Arc Wellness is all about destigmatising the conversation surrounding mental health at uni, sharing resources to help students care for their mental wellbeing and find support services, and make campus a brighter and healthier place.
Uni is tough. A lot of students experience mental stress, low mood, loneliness and relationship issues at some point during their degree, which is super hard to manage alongside the pressure of academic work.
The good news is that when you're feeling the pressure of juggling uni, work, relationships and health there are heaps of other people who understand what you're going through. Including us! Read through our resources on academic physical and mental wellbeing, resources on sexual health and relationships, listen to our student podcast Tea & Talk or speak to a professional now.
Develop your own employability journey. Book a one-on-one coaching session or enrol in our in-curriculum and co-curricular programs.
