What is Arc Wellness?
Arc Wellness is all about:
- De-stigmatising the conversation surrounding mental health at uni
- Sharing resources to help students care for their mental wellbeing and find support services
- Make campus a brighter and healthier place for everyone
Uni can be tough. A lot of students experience mental stress, low mood, loneliness and relationship issues at some point during their degree- which isn't always easy to manage, especially alongside the pressure of academic work.
The good news is that when you're feeling the pressure of juggling uni, work, relationships and health there are heaps of other people who understand what you're going through. Including us! They can respond immediately and coordinate with emergency services if needed.
