Student Cookbook Competition

Share your signature recipe with thousands of other students, it's your chance to win amazing prizes and achieve fame and glory.

The Student Cookbook is an annual publication compiled from recipes submitted by UNSW Students. The 2012 edition of the Student Cookbook will see the world food system at its core aiming to explore issues relating to food in the 21st century from food wastage in our homes to the concerns of the developing world.

In doing so, the Cookbook will celebrate the diverse UNSW community through recipes that will warm the heart and feed the mind. This food journey is all about sharing information and ideas in order to achieve a better food world.

The annual launch of the Cookbook, held in May each year, is always a highly anticipated event, featuring a variety of fantastic food and prizes. But of course the highlight of the event is always the revelation of that year's Cookbook, free for everyone to take home and enjoy. Make sure to keep an eye on Blitz Magazine, Arc's ultimate What's On guide, so you don't miss out!

The Cookbook is produced by a team of student volunteers under the leadership of the Student Cookbook Coordinator. The team works closely with Arc staff members to select and edit recipes and contribute to the publication's design. The volunteer team in 2012 is made up of the following key roles: editors, marketing and sponsorship officers, graphic designer and photographer.
