Framework Contributor Highlights - Su-Ann Low
Interview by Aria-Joshes Waterford
1. How does depraved resonate with you?
I think theres a bit of a depraved soul in every one of us. Be it a subconscious voice telling you to do something bad or you fully embracing it. Theres something so fascinating about certain warped sensibilities and topics and how we as a human race react to it.
2. What are you studying at UNSW?
I’m in my fourth year of a dual degree in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering!
3. What do you think people could have more of right now?
Right now is a statewide lockdown in NSW and I think most people are craving for some social interaction. I also believe that no one can have too much sleep.
4. What is your earliest memory of writing?
I remember writing little nonsense songs since I was 6. I once wrote a song when I was 10 about a hairdryer.
5. What would you like to say to the other students at UNSW right now?
I know lockdown is really rough and draining :( but try your best to stay organised and space out your work! It’s so hard to deal with stress during lockdown but spacing out your work and making to-do lists and schedules helps (me personally at least) tons.
