The Cheer and Dance Society provides students with the opportunity to compete at various competitions throughout the year, including nationals. Members of Cheersoc attend weekly training sessions as well as multiple social events which are perfect for making new friends.
Kpop offers all UNSW students with social events such as movie nights, game nights and speed friending events. Students are also provided with opportunities to perform through dance workshops.
UNSW students are given the opportunity to perform in musicals every term when joining the Musical Theatre Society. Social events throughout the year, such as speed friending, trivia and movie nights provide students with multiple opportunities to meet new people and make new friends.
Aimed at UNSW students with a passion for singing, the Vocallective Society encourages beginner and experienced singers to join! This society runs multiple rehearsals, performances and social events throughout the year!
The Society of Orchestra and Pipers encourages students who play wind, bass, percussion and stringed instruments to perform with them. Students are also welcomed to watch their performances and attend social events such as board game nights, bake sales, cruises and balls.
