UNSW Canberra Club (Arc Canberra) hereby gives notice of an Annual General Meeting and Election of Committee. 

When: 12pm Tuesday 31st October, 2023 

Where: UNSW Canberra outside Building 22

Who: Any current UNSW Canberra Club members

Proxy votes will not be accepted. Voting meeting attendees will be required to verify their Arc Membership prior to voting.

Executive Positions for Nomination

President

The leader. You set the direction of the Club and support your team in bringing their ideas to life.

Vice President (Undergraduate)

Representing UNSW Canberra undergrads and enhancing their experience through events, activities, resources and more.

Vice President (Postgraduate)

Representing the postgrads of UNSW Canberra. You provide events, activities, resources and more.

Treasurer

You control the finances of the organisation. You are responsible for the annual budget and balance sheet, and making sure that costs and revenue balance.

Secretary / Arc Delegate

You lead the administration of the Club. From emails and enquiries, to marketing and logistics you make sure everything works behind the scenes.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Officer / Grievance Officer

You advocate and celebrate the diverse community of UNSW Canberra. You find ways to support diverse students and you're the touchpoint for any grievances that might be raised.
