Club Consultations

When it comes to some more complex aspects of Club management, a proper consultation can be extremely helpful and can save you a lot of time and effort. Our Clubs and Grants Officers (CGOs) have a range of executive experience and can provide you valuable guidance on a variety of areas.

Regular Club consultation sessions will be returning in Term 1 2023. If you have a complex or detailed enquiry before term, please email clubs@arc.unsw.edu.au with some brief details to book in an appointment.

CLUBS STOREROOM

Do you need to put things in a box on campus? Do you need to take things out of a box on campus? Do you already have a box allocated to you? If the answer to these questions is yes, yes and yes, then I have good news, the Clubs Storeroom is open!

To access your goodies, do the following:

  1. Come into the Clubs Space, just to the left of the Basser Steps
  2. Ask the Club Grants Officer at the desk to help you sign out the Store Room Key
  3. Grab your stuff then return the key!

Access to the storeroom is likely to be unavailable or very limited during T1 O-Week so if there's anything you need for O-Week, best to get it beforehand.

There will be separate storerooms provided for use during T1 O-Week and more information on this will be given in your O-week briefings.

TAGGING AND TESTING

In general, this testing must be completed every 12 months (if your items have been tested before, check the tag for the expiry date).

There is a tagging a testing opportunity before Term 1 O-Week 2023 (details below) - for any tagging and testing needs after O-Week, please contact Clubs staff to find out the next scheduled tagging session.

Complete the registration form here before bringing in your equipment - one form must be submitted per item. Refer to the front page of the form for additional tips on what needs to be tested, including information on laptop/tablet/phone chargers.

In the result of a failed test, the equipment will require appropriate repair or replacement and cannot be used for any Arc associated events or activities (e.g. O-Week), including storage or use for Club events on Arc or UNSW premises.
