Good Deed Days - VU x Clean Up Australia

Clean Up Australia is a national movement dedicated to protecting the environment through community-led clean-up efforts across the country.

Join Volunteers United and Clean Up Australia for a hands-on session giving back to the local environment. You'll help clean up litter and waste from a local area, protecting waterways, parks and green spaces while making a visible, immediate difference to the community around you.

What you'll be doing:

• Collecting and sorting litter and waste from the clean-up site
• Helping protect local parks, waterways and green spaces
• Learning about the environmental impact of litter and how to reduce it

Shift Details

Location: Fearnley Grounds near Kensington Pond, close to The Greenhouse Café. Volunteers will meet here before commencing the clean-up around the nearby pond areas.

Date: Tuesday 20th October

Volunteer shift: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Volunteers needed: 25
