Join our FREE Learn to Play Lacrosse sessions to get a feel for the stick, learn the basic rules, and jump into some relaxed, beginner-friendly gameplay. No experience needed, no pressure to be good on day one—just movement, laughs, and a sport that rewards curiosity and teamwork.

Sessions begin in W2 and will run through to W9 (no session during W6)
