This hands-on session will show you how to plan, prep, and organise your meals so you spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying your week.
You’ll learn:
Meal Planning: Choosing easy recipes, building a weekly menu, and creating a smart grocery list
Batch Cooking: Prepping staple ingredients and meals ahead of time
Food Storage: Portioning, labelling, and fridge/freezer safety basics
Kitchen Systems: Time-saving prep flow and clean-as-you-go habits
Healthy Habits: Building balanced meals and reducing food waste
🍓 Live Demo: Team Bonding will demonstrate a simple meal prep idea (like overnight oats), and you’ll get to take one home with you!
