She Can in collaboration with UNSW FAC is running a series of Group Fitness classes that give you a chance to learn the ropes in group fitness and group training environments ๐Ÿ’ช

Each class is FREE to She Can Participants! This class is designed to accommodate all levels. Our instructors offer various options and modifications to ensure everyone can participate and challenge themselves at their own pace.
