She Can Yoga 🧘‍♀️🌿

Ready to stretch, strengthen, and unwind? Join us for a beginner-friendly group yoga class, perfect for all fitness levels! Our instructors will guide you through mindful movement and offer plenty of options so you can flow at your own pace.

⏰ Time: Tuesdays, 6–7PM (Weeks 1-9 except Flexi Week!) 

📍 Location: Sam Cracknell Pavilion
