Stress Less Week is jam-packed with chill activities, free food, and chances to connect with other students deep in the trenches with you. This week is all about giving you some much-needed rest and relaxation. We're here to help you remind yourself that your studies are only ONE aspect of life, and to give yourself a well-deserved break.

With sweet treats, cute animals, and events hosted by a range of clubs, Stress Less Week has something for everyone- no matter what your vibe is.

  • Zen Zone (10 am - 4 pm)

  • Pick Up & Play (10 am - 4 pm)

  • Daily Chess Boards with Chess Club (10 am - 4 pm)

  • Craft Corner (10 am - 4 pm)

  • Paint Break (10 am - 4 pm)

  • Stress-O-Meter (10 am - 4 pm)

  • Brekkie Club (10 am - 12 pm)

  • Bike N Blend (12 pm - 4 pm)

  • Ice Cream (12 pm - 4 pm)

Monday

  • Pat-a-Paca (12 pm - 3 pm)

  • Pumpkin Carving with The Producers (12 pm - 4 pm)

Tuesday

  • Pat-a-Pup (11 am - 1:30 pm)

  • Place 2 Be (12 pm - 2 pm, Alumni Lawn)

  • Pumpkin Carving with The Producers (12 pm - 4 pm)

Wednesday

  • Posca Graffiti Wall

  • Place 2 Be (12 pm - 2 pm, Alumni Lawn)
