Join The Shepherd Centre and help create positive outcomes for children with hearing loss and their families. As a volunteer, you'll support a range of activities that strengthen our fundraising, donor engagement, administration and community awareness efforts. Whether you're looking to give back, build your skills, or gain experience in the not-for-profit sector, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while learning about the impact of early intervention and inclusive communities.


SHIFT DETAILS

Date: Thursday 22 October 2026

Location: The Shepherd Centre, 146 Burren Street Newtown 2042 NSW

Shift Time: 1PM to 3PM

Volunteer Needed: 15



WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Supporting donor stewardship activities, including preparing communications for supporters and donors
  • Assisting with fundraising and community engagement initiatives
  • Providing administrative support to help increase organisational capacity
  • Contributing to marketing, communications and awareness-building activities
