This is a really easy and delicious dairy free, vegan dip/salad dressing. It can be used with nachos, wraps, salads, boiled broccoli, and as a topping on baked sweet potatoes. The options are endless! Run your imagination wild with this versatile and mouthwatering vegan dip.

Ingredients

1 cup cashew nuts

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (for the cheesy flavour)

1 clove garlic

1 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

5 Tbsp water


Method

1. Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

2. Drizzle over nachos, pizzas, pasta, roasted vegetables or salad leaves. Play around!


Tips and more info!

For a thicker dip, add less water. For a salad dressing, add a bit more.
