½ cup milk of your choice (almond, coconut, skim or full-cream).

2 Tbsp chia seeds

Sweetener – maple syrup or honey


Method

1. Stir the milk and chia seeds until combined and clump free before storing in the fridge overnight or 2 hours if eating the same day.
