So, which way Western man?  

I have dreams of columns and conquest Clio. Which path do I take? 

You desire that?  

Should I not? 

It comes with war and ruin and savagery and false glory.  

How do you know? You are the muse of history not its oracle. 

Are we just to meddle with our own borders and stay on the continent?   

You speak in questions. That is no virtue for power.  

Endless territory and outposts and spices and ships. Christendom would have no bounds.  

I can almost see it.  

You must not dream of such. You worship other gods. 

I do not dream, I am here to let you pass.  

Well then, I have decided. Hand me what I need.
