The David Phillips Tennis Courts can be booked by any university member be they staff, student, clubs or colleges as long as they have a valid zID.

Commercial bookings must contact Arc Sport via sport@arc.unsw.edu.au to enquire about booking costs.

Yes! Bookings are essential to come down and use this facility. If someone has an active booking they will have priority over the space.

It is Arc Sport's intention to have as many different parties be able to share the space. For online casual booking of the tennis courts, we ask that you limit your usage to one hour a day. Any bookings exceeding the daily hour will automatically be removed.

If you require extended or repeat bookings, please reach out and contact us at Arc Sport. 

Tennis court bookings can be made up to the time of booking on the day and up to 7 days in advance using the portal below.

1. Select the date for your booking from the calendar
2. Click on a vacant (white) cell in the booking table that indicates the start time and space for your booking
3. Select the end time for your booking
   1. Note that bookings can only be made up to 1 hour in duration
   2. Any unapproved repeat bookings made exceeding the 1 hour duration will be removed
4. Enter in your family name and email to Log In

5. Select the finish time for your booking
6. Hit "Submit" to book your space

1. Select the date and time for your booking and select "book"
2. Select "I am a new customer and wish to create a profile"
3. Enter in your details as prompted
4. Click Book
