Grab a housemate, brother, sister or friend and get working out together.

What you need:

All you need is each other, a ball of any shape or size, some music for motivation! Sweat it out together and build it into your routines.

Time: 

Approx 10mins per round

A timer helper: 

Download an app on your phone to beep every thirty seconds.

Workout:

X15 high five push ups

X20 jump squats with high fives

X10 lying floor leg raises, swap and repeat for partner

60 secs back to back squats holds

X20 plank high fives

X20 snow boards

60 secs fast feet in circle

30x oblique ball pass

Optional 5 min run, 2:30 min each way.

Rest! 

Rest, re-hydrate and repeat up to 3x times.
