2025 POSTGRADUATE COUNCIL RE-VOTE FOR CANBERRA CAMPUS OFFICER POSITION

The outcome of the broader election for the 2025/2026 PGC is here.

RE-VOTE

UNSW Postgraduate Students in Canberra will receive a unique link to vote, or vote again, for the Canberra Campus Officer position in the 2025 Arc Postgraduate Council (PGC) Election.

All students will receive an email to their university zID email address containing their voting link, when voting opens on 3 November 2025.

This ballot is being re-run because of unexpected omissions in the electoral roll initially provided. 

This is the only ballot remaining to be finalised for the 2025/2026 PGC.

Poll open date: Monday 03 November 2025 07:00 AEDT

Poll close date: Thursday 06 November 2025 21:00 AEDT 

The sign-in link that students will receive lands on the "Canberra Campus Officer"ballot paper.

1. To read each candidate’s statement, select ‘Click for bio’.

2. Voting is optional preferential but with only 2 candidates only one candidate needs to be voted for. Click on the box next to your most preferred candidate. This will mark them as with a “1” for first preference.

3. You may vote for the other candidates by clicking the other box.

4. Once you are satisfied with your order of preference, click on “Proceed to vote confirm” button at the bottom of the page, then “submit vote”.

5. You can log out from there and return later if you wish.

TERM OF OFFICE

Officers and Committee Liaisons hold office from 1st December in the year of election until 30 November of the following year.

Officers and Committee Liaisons may only hold any one office for a maximum of 2 years.

All elected candidates will be required to attend the PGC Induction as well as subsequent workshops. Noting that the induction date is currently scheduled for
