Mission and Values
The UNSW Postgraduate Council (PGC) represents postgraduate students to the University administration, all levels of government, the local community, and peak national representative bodies. Run by students for students, the PGC consists of elected Office Bearers and Committee Liaisons who chair and appoint members to a Research Committee, Educational Committee, International Student Engagement Committee, and an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee. Our core mission is to facilitate a positive postgraduate experience across the student life cycle, built upon three key values: advocacy, engagement, and support.
To amplify the desires of the postgraduate voice at different University levels.
To strengthen the student voice by connecting student bodies within UNSW, such as Student Representative Council, Academic Board, and Arc Board.
