All sport clubs and classes are free to join or attend. Players of all levels whether you’re a beginner or experienced are welcome. No commitment required - just show up when you feel like it! Suggestions for new clubs are always welcome.

Mats provided and no need to register! Yoga is fantastic for improving strength, flexibility, and balance. Our instructor, Eli Haski, has a Cert III and IV in fitness and teaches yoga, group fitness, and personal training at several gyms around Canberra.
