Arc offers its members the option to use our rooms and facilities at a discounted rate, and Arc Affiliated Clubs can use them for free!
Arc members are required to pay a small fee per hour to book our rooms. However, we also offer our SSF membership, which allows students to book up to 4 hours a week as part of the membership for the entire calendar year!
Rooms are used for various purposes and events. Bookings should be made online through the appropriate form at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your booking will be processed in time.
For Arc-affiliated Clubs who need to book rooms, please head to the Bookings & Event Admin page to book Indoor, Outdoor, Roundhouse and other spaces.
