Arc offers its members the option to use our rooms and facilities at a discounted rate, and Arc Affiliated Clubs can use them for free!

Arc members are required to pay a small fee per hour to book our rooms. 

Rooms are used for various purposes and events. Bookings should be made online through the appropriate form at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your booking will be processed in time. 

For Arc-affiliated Clubs who need to book rooms, please head to the Bookings & Event Admin page to book Indoor, Outdoor, Roundhouse and other spaces.

For individual Arc Members, please submit 'Arc Room Bookings Form - Individual Arc Member' here.

Arc has a large music room with a baby grand piano and a drum set, and a small music room with an upright piano and a digital piano.

Dance Studio & Music Room 1 - $5/30mins, $10/hr, $20/2hr

Music Room 2 - $2.5/30mins, $5/hr, $10/2hr

We also offer our Arc Extras membership, which is $15 and allows students to book up to 4 hours a week for the entire calendar year!
