Your AGM Checklist

Everything your Club needs to do to hold a valid AGM and stay affiliated with Arc for 2027. Work through the three stages in order and tick items off as you go. Nothing is locked, so you can jump around and come back.

  • Hold your AGM byFriday 9 October 2026
  • Submit on Rubric by11:59pm Sunday 11 October 2026, or within 7 days of your AGM, whichever comes sooner
