Accessing Gendered Violence Training
Arc's online Gendered Violence Training program is completed via our new student system, Rubric.
You can access the Gendered Violence training program via this link.
You will need a Rubric account in order to access the training. If you don't already have an account, you can find some guidance below.
If you already have a Rubric account, use your existing account to access and complete the training. This will ensure that your training completion is associated with the same account that you use for your other student involvement activities!
Training Navigation & Progress
You can access the Gendered Violence training program via this link.
From the program page, you will be able to begin Unit 1 (Awareness). Once you have saved your progress in Unit 1, your enrolment and progress are recorded in the system. You can continue with the training or revise the training by visiting the program page.
You you be able to see your training progress and completion in your Profile, which you can access via the silhouette icon in the top right corner.
Training Completion Verification
At the time of writing, your training completion is recorded in Rubric and displayed to you in your user profile, however we are still building additional features like certificates and other training completion verification options.
In the meantime, you may need to provide evidence of completing Arc's online Gendered Violence Training program, e.g. if you are attending an upcoming Club camp. To do so, you can provide a screenshot of the training completion information in your Rubric profile, making sure to include your details that are displayed in the top right corner of the screen.
Creating a Rubric Account
If you already have a Rubric account, you don't need to sign up again - log in using your existing account to access and complete the training. This will ensure that your training completion is associated with the same account that you use for your other student involvement activities!
When signing up for a Rubric account, you will first be prompted to select your University. If you are a current student at a university other than UNSW, please choose your actual university. If you are not a student, select UNSW.
Can I log in with my UNSW Login?
Yes you can! In order to set your account up this way, after you select UNSW, select "Sign In with Your University Account" (you will need to tick the "Accept the terms of use" box below it first)
Experiencing Issues?
We're excited to launch self-paced online training functionality within Rubric, however please bear with us - some features are still coming and you may experience some initial bugs.
If you have feedback about the training content, a link to the feedback form is provided at the end of each unit.
If you are experiencing technical issues, e.g. having trouble accessing the training or continuing your existing training, please reach out for assistance here.
