Join Volunteers United and the Arc Clubs Team at Games Galore! Get ready for an afternoon packed with games, activities and free food at the Roundhouse. From VR and Nintendo games to board games, card games and puzzles, Clubs Games Galore is all about giving students a fun way to get involved, meet new people and explore what’s happening on campus.

Volunteers United will be helping bring the vibes, welcoming students into the event, encouraging them to get involved in activities and supporting the XP system so students can participate and redeem free food.


What you'll be doing:

  • Welcoming students and helping them navigate the event and activities

  • Encouraging students to get involved in games, challenges and activities

  • Helping students understand and participate in the XP system 

  • Supporting the food stall and helping with the distribution of food

  • Creating a welcoming, energetic and engaging atmosphere throughout the event

  • Supporting the Arc Team with general event activities and student engagement

Shift Details

Location: Roundhouse

Date: Wednesday 30th of September

Shifts:

  • 11:45AM – 3:00PM (mandatory briefing at 11:45AM)

  • 3:00PM – 6:00PM

Volunteers needed: 15 volunteers per shift


Volunteer Training

To be eligible to volunteer, you must complete the mandatory Volunteers United Online Training Modules before your shift. After signing up, you'll receive a confirmation email with links to self-enrol in the training and join the Volunteers United WhatsApp Community, where you'll receive volunteer briefings and important updates.
