Our Services

Food Hub Lockers give you the freedom to pick up free groceries whenever it fits your schedule. We know living in Sydney can be expensive, and between classes, deadlines, and work, making it to regular Food Hub sessions isn’t always easy. That’s why we’ve introduced the lockers: a flexible, convenient way to access fresh food and pantry staples at a time that works for YOU.

We have the following packs available:

1. Full Food Hub Pack
A complete selection of Food Hub essentials, including pantry staples, fresh produce, and general hygiene items. Does not include menstrual products or baby items unless specifically requested.

2. Pantry Pack
Dry‑goods only. Includes packaged pantry staples, shelf‑stable items currently in stock.

3. Fresh Produce Pack
Fresh fruit and vegetables only. A rotating selection based on what is available each week.

4. Hygiene Pack
Includes a mix of other available hygiene items such as body wash.

Placing an order with us is so easy! Just 2 very simple steps:

1. Sign up to the Lockers!

Make sure to create an account for yourself on our Lockers portal to ensure you have access to the Lockers to pick up your packs! Sign up here!

Note: Type in STUDENT when asked for your Unit Number.

2. Online borrowing

Fill in this Rubric form to place an order with us! You'll be able to select your pack type and when you'd like to pick it up!

Note: Students are allowed to order 1 pack a week. Please be sure to carefully read the Terms & Conditions in the form about our service.
