Heart of the Sea

By Laura Wrigley-Carr

Laura is in the last year of her computer science degree, and is the author of the fantasy novel The Shadow Wren’s Cry. She enjoys playing guitar and reading obsessively, has entirely too many hobbies, and would happily discuss books with someone until the cows come home. She apparently needs a hundred words for her author bio, so she will add that she recently overcame her misgivings for using yeast in baking, and is keen to have a go at croissants at some point in the future. This is entirely unrelated to the stories that she writes or most anything else about her, but she’s never been very good at sticking to just one thing, and she’s never much seen the point in trying.
